DELIVERY AND RETURN
We ship orders in mainland France in D+1 to D+2 depending on the chosen delivery method: standard or express.
To make a return, contact us at 04 93 39 72 63 or at the address cannes@lewisconcept.com, with your order number and we will send you the instructions to follow. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your package.
If you received your product damaged or defective, we will cover the return costs.
CARE TIPS FOR LEATHER BAGS
To keep your leather pieces in good condition, follow these simple tips:
- Protect them as much as possible from rain and water. If your items get wet, dry them by dabbing the material with a soft, light-colored cloth.
- Avoid contact with solvent, alcoholic, or greasy products (perfumes and cosmetics may contain them)
- Do not expose them to intense light or heat
- Light-colored items should not be rubbed against clothes with colors that may bleed onto them such as jeans, and conversely, a dark-colored item should not be in prolonged contact with light fabric, as humidity increases the risk of its color bleeding onto the fabric.
- Keep your items away from pets and young children to prevent the risk of scratches or chewing.
- Leather bags are usually provided with a protective cover to prevent external accidents on the material. We advise you to keep it in case you want to set your bag aside temporarily.
