1. How long does it take to ship orders?

Orders confirmed by the store are shipped within 48 hours.

2. Can I return my package if there is a problem?

If you encounter a problem following the receipt of your order placed online or by phone on lewisconcept.com, you can exercise your right of withdrawal or exchange your product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item at your home. We ask you to inform the store in advance.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any return of a product showing signs of wear, or that has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or alternatively, to reduce the amount to be refunded or the value of the exchange, if applicable.

3. How long does it take to get a refund?

After receipt and inspection, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the product returns. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the provider as soon as possible, within 14 days 

4. How to pay in installments?

When selecting your payment method to complete your purchase, select Alma and spread your payment over 3 months without interest, by paying a quarter or a third of the total amount at regular intervals of your choice. Payment in 3/4 installments without fees is valid for orders from 100€ up to 9000€.
 

You can also pay in 10 installments via the Credit x10 solution with Alma and spread your payment beyond 3 months. A payment in installments of more than 90 days is considered a credit by law, this credit will be granted to you by Alma. In this context, you become a borrower and Alma will charge additional fees. Communications regarding credits have been regulated to protect the borrower. This payment method is valid for orders from 850€ up to 9000€. Please refer to our T&Cs for more information.
