Information you provide to us and how Lewis uses it

International Transfers
We add certain services on our Site only through third-party providers who are subject to the Shopify API License and Terms of Use and each have a privacy policy that ensures adequate protection of your information, whether they operate in territories outside or within the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Shopify requires third-party application providers to meet requirements (which include a privacy policy and customer data protection compliant with GDPR rules) before making their application(s) available on its platform.

Shopify, headquartered at 151 O’Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada, also receives customer data, as a processor, to enable us to provide the services listed in the section above "Information you provide to us and how we use it". If you are located within the European Economic Area or Switzerland, your personal information is controlled by their Irish subsidiary, Shopify International Ltd. Your information is then sent to other Shopify locations and service providers, which may be located in other regions, including Canada (where their headquarters is based) and the United States. If your personal information is sent to Canada, it is protected by Canadian law, which the European Commission considers to adequately protect your information. When Shopify subsequently sends your personal information outside of Europe, to processors, it does so in accordance with European law, also using contractual clauses.
